Motus this Saturday evening once again turned it into a gem of an evening in only the way Motus can, with Liz still on the mend from the dreaded lurgy her voice held up remarkably well still proving she has one of the area's best female rock vocals.Motus play a mixture of solid rock covers from bands like AC/DC, Aerosmith, Skunk Anansie, Fleetwood Mac, Guns & Roses and The Who (plus many more). Motus feature the unique vocals of Liz, ably and formidably backed up by Graham on guitar, Mike on bass and Steve Cookson on drums. There entire catalog is a refreshing feel through out each song & each one arguably enjoyable from the first to the last. With what turned out to be a very much appreciated audience & sometimes spell bound with sultry vocals, inspiring guitar riffs and undeniable energy highly supported by mike & Steve the band won over a lot of new friends this evening , undoubtedly a memorable night from Motus long may it continue.
