From early as the first set when they covered there own version of Nothing Else Matters you could just feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand out to well into the second set they did a medley of sixties covers which had the local movers & shakers going that extra mile on the evening. This was guitarist Andrew's final gig with the band as he goes on to pastures new & played as well as Ive seen him play in all the gigs Ive seen Empress & will be sorely missed but they band have a terrific replacement in Gav Coulson who will fill Andrew's departure without no problem.Excellent evening once again from this great rock band & i wait in anticipation for there next gig with the new lineup .
