To-night the Cross Keys were entertained by arguably one of the best pound for pound live bands in local Rockdom,Scooby always deliver & deliver well fronted by one of the regions outstanding vocalist in which we are blessed, Matt Duggan whose powerful voice reverberates round the room as if the P.A. is a minor addition strongly supported by another powerhouse on the pot & pans by Lee Brooke one of the most respected drummers around Mark Gregory on lead & Jon Green on Bass two highly accomplished musicians in their own right & both give an added dimension on vocals. Scooby have been on the local rock scene for a number of years now & attract a strong following were ever they appear covering numbers from Foo Fighters ,Iron Maiden, Biffy Clyro, Alterbridge The Police & many more plus an exceptional version from Adel’s No 1 hit.The band don’t do as many gigs as they previously used to due to other commitments more so Matt who travels the length & breath of the country with such as Iron on Maiden. Once again a faultless night in the company of Scooby not a disappointed punter to be seen after being entertained by this top class Band.
