Once again a Cross Keys Sunday Special has come around since they were introduced by Howard & Lynne a few months back & this evenings was by far one of there more successful night since there introduction. The band to-nite was the ever rapidly improving Jd Band to entertain a fair turn-out of the local movers & shakers which also saw a steady flow of punters coming through the doors through out the gig & was also swelled by one or two muo celeb's from one or two of the more distinguished local bands i.e. Flatliners & The Erics variety. The Jd Band played two sets of more up to date contemporary music & one or two of your standard classics but both sets came across well & was well appreciated by the crowd through-out the evening. To-nit was also good to see Andy back in the fold & hopefully things will now stabilize for the band & go onto as i know the will develop & go onto greater things. Two successful sets followed bu umpteen impromptu encores say the movers & shakers shredding off a few pounds on the dance floor after there Sunday roasts. Knockout advertisement for Sunday evenings @ the Cross Keys long may Howard & Lynn have them marked down on the calender.
